I recently had a sewer scope done on my new home, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! We had some complicated pipes, but the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was inspected thoroughly. They explained everything clearly, provided helpful suggestions, and gave me the peace of mind I needed during the home-buying process. On top of that, they were super friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone purchasing a home!

I was told that I had a complicated sewer repair/replacement at my home. After contacting several contractors with either no call backs or outrageous prices I contacted Sewer Kings. the gentleman Mark came out to my home the same day and explained the issue he found and the best way to correct the problem/old root bound system. He gave me a very good quote much lower than I got from others. He and his crew showed up the next day, early I might add which is unheard if these days and replaced the whole system connected, removing any issues, very respectful of my landscaping, neat, and very professional. I didn’t have to do any cleaning after they left. Mark and his crew did an outstanding job and we couldn’t be happier with the work they did. Glad to write a positive review for Sewer Kings

Septic Pumping Keeps Pitman Homes Running Smoothly

Homeowners on 3-5 year pump cycles know the signs when service is due. Slow drains, faint odors, or gurgling toilets mean your tank needs attention before problems escalate. Regular pumping prevents backups and extends your system’s life by removing accumulated solids.

Many Pitman properties near Lambs Road have concrete tanks from the 1970s that require careful lid access. These older tanks often sit deeper than modern installations and may have heavy lids that take specialized equipment to open safely. We locate your tank using records or probing techniques, pump out the sludge and scum layers, and inspect the baffles for damage or blockages. After pumping, we reseal the lids properly to prevent groundwater infiltration and keep your system functioning between service visits.

Inspection and Diagnosis Prevent Bigger Problems Down the Road

Home buyers and sellers schedule septic inspections before closing on Pitman properties. Annual maintenance customers catch problems early, avoiding expensive emergency repairs down the line. Our inspections find failing drain fields or cracked tanks before they turn into costly emergencies that require full system replacement.

Pitman’s clay-heavy soil near Alcyon Park can cause drain field saturation during wet spring months. Clay doesn’t drain as quickly as sandy soil, so systems in these areas face higher risks of hydraulic overload. We use video cameras to check your lines for root intrusion or cracks, test water levels inside the tank, and inspect baffles and outlets for proper function. You receive a written report that documents current conditions and highlights any concerns that need attention soon.

Repairs and Component Replacement Handle System Failures Fast

Septic alarms, wet spots in your yard, or confirmed tank cracks need immediate attention to prevent health hazards. Targeted repairs restore function without replacing your entire system, saving thousands compared to full installations. Common repairs include baffle replacement, riser installation, alarm repair, and outlet pipe patching.

Older Pitman homes near Broadway often need baffle or riser upgrades to meet current county codes when permits are pulled. Baffles prevent solids from leaving the tank and clogging your drain field, while risers bring access points to ground level for easier future service. We diagnose the issue during our inspection, source the right parts from local suppliers, schedule installation at your convenience, and test your system before we leave. Your septic system works the way it should without unnecessary replacements.
